Wreaths at the Foot of the Mountain is a 1984 Chinese film about the life of the soldiers in a PLA army company before, during and after the Sino-Vietnamese War.

The "alley housekeeper" is not a leader, but in their heart they wear all things of the neighborhood. There are many problems directly related to the common people, such as neighbourhood disputes, parking on roads, private construction, public toilet renovation, environmental improvement, and caring for the empty-nest elderly.
