A Hong Kong detective teams up with his female Red Chinese counterpart to stop a Chinese drug czar.
Mona, Billy and Elaine are a tough trio known as the "Angels." While they are on vacation in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), they find out that one of Billy's school-chums is now a gun-runner plotting a revolution in Malaysia with his private army. The Angels decide it is up to them to stop him.

Now Simon is being employed to protect an accountant Law, but Law dies mysteriously. Law's legacy, 300 million dollars, which attracts the attention of a smuggling syndicate, is missing. This leads to a 300 million dollar big chase which Simon is involved inside.
