Nathan, a renowned economics professor who sticks to his theories, is a loner. His life takes a turn after crossing paths with Deepti, a housewife who stays in his building.
Based on an Indian Bengali short story by Sunil Gangopadhyay, Anuradha plays cupid and brings Shantanu and Kalpana together but a freak accident distances Kalpana and him. Shantanu then realizes that Anuradha is the one who truly loves him.
After witnessing the murder of his father by Eappachan, Kochu flees his village to escape him. Years later, Kochu, now a don, returns to the village to avenge his father.
