Valery Liashkevich is a homeless artist who lives at a railway station and for over twenty years has painted pictures in the streets of the town of Gomel in Belarus. For the natives he is no more than a local attraction. For art critics he is a phenomenon worth close attention.
The film unfolds during 30-40-s of last century and follows a story of a pair of women's shoes, from a store's window to the common grave at the Auschwitz concentration camp. There are no dialogues in the film and no faces are shown.
Reverend Johnson lives in a small town in the middle of the United States, and tries to keep his secret.
