Joel Tonatiuh Martínez Valdez is a Mexican cinematographer and teacher, with more than 20 years of experience in the medium, starting shortly after graduating from the UNAM University Center for Cinematographic Studies (CUEC).
An indigenous language is in peril, as its last two speakers had a quarrel in the past and haven't spoken to each other in over 50 years.
