Ohgaman, the only one that didn't participate in the "HEROHOUSE" shooting, was injured by a young man named Tanaka Jiro and gives Jiro the mission of restoring peace in Fukuoka.
After a brief kidnapping, a young woman connects with the boyish member of a gang. They start traveling, soon encountering a nurse hoping to become pregnant. Along the way, they encounter other gang members around the city and country.
