Are there ghosts in the Palace of the School of Communication at UFRJ? That’s what two young documentarians set out to discover as they interview students from the university. The answers vary widely — from skeptical dismissals to tales of shadows and those who claim to have seen something… or someone.

After an ordinary day of classes, a hesitant student is convinced to go to the DCE, a party that takes place every Thursday on the Praia Vermelha campus of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. As she crosses the gardens of the School of Communication's Palace, she feels something watching her from the empty amphitheater. At the DCE, the night unfolds, alcohol flows, and the place fills with people. But the disturbing presence following her remains, drawing ever closer. Amid shadows and whispers, she comes face to face with the unknown — or something far more sinister lurking nearby.

Jonas lives in a seaside town and has to deal with people leaving his town all the time. After his friend Giovanna has to move to the big city, Jonas isolates himself in his room taking turns between reading and watching with curiosity his neighbor, Gaspar, through the window. However, one day he hears a strange, incessant noise coming from his neighbor's house, a noise that seems to be being transmitted by a new girl in town, Sophia.
