The film consists of separate short stories, organically combined into a single documentary narration, which acquaints the viewer with the inhabitants, traditions, customs and modern realities of the Leningrad Region. The heroes of the plots are those people for whom the cities and villages where they live are the best on earth.
Anya lives in a foggy reality, living through the consequences of an abortion. What does “my body is my choice” mean when we are talking about a completely different being, completely different from Anya? Trying to find the answer to this question, Anya tries to get closer to her friends and new acquaintances, but is faced with a problem - all of Anya’s friends mysteriously die.
