Emerica’s MADE Chapter Two is the culmination of a six-year project, first brought to the masses in MADE Chapter One. The MADE videos are made possible from the Emerica skate team, doing what they love most: skateboarding. Talent, commitment, and one of the most legendary teams in skateboarding made MADE Chapter 2 possible.

Precious 2024 ( 7)

Directed by Paris-based filmmaker Joaquim Bayle, PRECIOUS builds on Carhartt WIP’s last full-length skate project INSIDE OUT, which was released in 2022. The name of the project derives from the delicate yet gruelling process of shooting tricks on film. “Now that I understand skateboarding a little more, I wanted to pay tribute to its subversive form, its poetic form,” says Bayle of the feature, describing a “precious feeling I had when I started skateboarding and which, as I have gotten older, I've tended to forget.” In encapsulating this, he employs a multi-sensory approach. Warm, gauzy footage is punctuated by shutter clicks and black and white photography. Quiet moments of reflection are interrupted by the sound of wheels on concrete. Softly spoken word drifts in and out of a soundtrack of sludge metal and synthwave.

Green 2020

Continuing their already impressive legacy, Emerica strikes gold again with Green. Dakota pushes his rail game to new limits and Dickson rips every set and bank to shreds like a rabid wolverine while the rest of the team fills out a killer montage. This is canon.

Wild Boar 2013

In nature only one rule counts; eat or be eaten. WILD BOAR is a poetic, and visually arresting documentary about the curious relationship between man and the rise of the wild boar. The film tells a story about confusion, despair and opportunity amidst the invasion of unruly creatures that won’t abide by manmade rules and laws. From the dark woods where it originates, this almost uncontrollably dangerous creature goes deeper and deeper into our villages and cities but at the same time tickles our imagination and inspires us. WILD BOAR is an exploration of a society conflicted with nature and a reflection of the curiosity of human nature itself. Will we eat them or will they eventually devour us?
