Two over-age trick or treaters are on a mission to get candy. After meeting a strange man who gives them homemade candy, they are sent on a wild ride filled with out of body experiences and escaping a kidnapper.
Norman Bumper isn’t your average party-goer. In fact, it’s his first party and most definitely his last when a series of events leads to the death of one of his class mates.
