At a high school senior prom, a masked killer stalks four teenagers who were responsible for the accidental death of a classmate six years prior.
While investigating police corruption in his department, undercover cop Buster McHenry is forced to participate in a heist, leading to innocent casualties and the theft of an ancient Lakota tribal spear.
