Tora Mora Katti is a story of two young couple Adi (Sailendra Samantray) and Saachi (Sheetal Patra) who got married accidentally and now facing problem for divorce. Meanwhile adi trying to convince saachi but in a circumstance Gabbar (Siddhant Mohapatra) a baaghi kidnap them and negotiate with government.
Hailing from a village, Twinkle comes to Bhubaneswar to become a heroine in the movies but hardly manages to find work. Akhaya also comes to the city looking for work after his father called him out. Will Twinkle become a heroine? Will Akshaya find credible work?
