Getting ready for the wedding that will unite two very different families- the humble Italian taxi driver Cristoforo Colombo and his wife Rosy, and the rich Italian-Americans Alessandro and Patricia Di Giacomo.
The series tells the stories of some of the characters who work or are related to an imaginary shopping center Centovetrine, located in the center of Turin. There are many stories of love and passion, but also struggles for power and dynastic quarrels in the telefilm.
Set in Rome, it is a spin-off of the series Distretto di Polizia, which aired on the same network from 2000 to 2012, reprising the character of Roberto Ardenzi, played by the protagonist Giorgio Tirabassi.
