Petrit works as a cleaner in the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the fascist occupation of Albania. There, he learns many secrets and helps the resistance with inside information.
Musical film. A young couple is getting married. While going to the bride's house, the husband and his family go through several cities, which are getting ready for the folklore concert of Gjirokastër.
World War II. Even children contribute to the anti-fascist resistance. They write slogans on kites, so that the fascists cannot remove them.
