Having lost her eyesight and mother during childhood, Rajamma falls in love with a doctor who does not belong to her community. The couple fights society and law to live a life together.
Two friends, Vijaya (Sharada) and Vatsala (Sheela), who part ways when Vatsala’s father, a lawyer, causes Vijaya’s father, a businessman, to lose a case which leads to the man’s death.
It is based on a true crime story that happened in 1980, called as the Karikkan villa murder case.
