James Durb is an 11-year-old boy who discovers, through a veterinarian, that his glasses are magical. Durb must learn to manage and control his magic while Tom, the villain, tries to devise a plan to steal this magical artifact from the boy.
In the thrilling sequel to the first film, James Durb decides to invite his friends Ron and Antonella to explore the city's new museum.
