The world's greatest blue sapphire, the "blue lapis fist", said to have sunk in a pirate ship in the late 19th century, on the coasts of Singapore. A local millionaire plots to retrieve it, and when it's exhibited in an exhibition at the Singaporean Marina Sands hotel, a murder takes place.

It’s being watched by viewers of all ages. Two teams, “Team Neptune” and “The Guest Team” will compete against each other. The winning team is awarded the right to challenge the “Mine Train Adventure Game” to win a cash prize of one million yen.
The team finds solitary houses across Japan using satellite images and ventures to these places investigating the environment and people living in the secluded locations.
