Nabyl Lahlou (born 1945 in Fes, Morocco) is a Moroccan theater director, author and actor, known for being an innovative theater and film director, and is considered one of the most influential Moroccan theater directors of the 1980s.
Ali Brahma visits his homeland for the first time in order to attend his father's funeral. This first trip to Morocco coincides with the trial of serial rapist and police commissioner Mohamed Mustapha Tabet. On the flight back to Paris, Ali meets Zakia Malik.
