In 10th century Norway, a young shaman is forced to hunt down her outlaw sister.
Karin finds a clown in her garden and decides to take care of it when she is suddenly visited by her friend, who decides to call the police, who then arrive at Karin's home and take her into custody. Eventually, Karin is taken to court.
