An ordinary Lego mini-figure, mistakenly thought to be the extraordinary MasterBuilder, is recruited to join a quest to stop an evil Lego tyrant from conquering the universe.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix’s comedy Cocaine Hippos “will follow a group of friends who stumble across a clue leading to Escobar’s lost treasure. They then embark on a wild trip that pits them against con men, local drug lords and the deadly hippos that Escobar smuggled into Colombia back in the ’80s.”
A retired detective is pulled back into the action by his former partner, they uncover a hidden underworld of sex, drugs and murder in the wealthy community controlled by kingpin Harvey Stride, and his femme fatale enforcer.
