1987, Vienna's Favoriten district, the new home of 12-year-old Vlado. Having grown up with Czech television, he immersed himself in the world of Western films, devouring one VHS tape after another. After being diagnosed with cancer, Vlado made his first short film.
Tommi wants to practice shooting. But his younger brother Simon is also fascinated with their father's gun and insists on coming with him into the woods. Soon, their naive play-fights take a serious turn.
