As New Year's Eve approaches at the end of 2000, eight lonely, alienated city dwellers struggle to connect with other human beings.
At the wedding dress rehearsal, just before the big day, a phone call changes everything. Enraged, the bride decides to take revenge, and in her fury, she ravages everything in her path. After all, it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding. (But which wedding?)
