斉藤円香 (Saito Madoka), formerly 齊藤円香 is a Japanese pop singer under Hello! Project as the leader of OCHA NORMA and a former member of Hello Pro Kenshuusei.
It is the eighth public on-stage test of the trainees' abilities.
