The event took place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia, and went head-to-head with All In, a pay-per-view event produced by All Elite Wrestling.

The event was the 20th under the Final Battle chronology, and was billed as "The End of an Era", as it was the last Ring of Honor event to be held before the company goes on a hiatus, expecting to resume operations in April 2022.
