Julia Jenz is babysitting two sleeping children when a stranger arrives at the house, claiming his car has broken down and asking to use the phone. When she discovers the phone is dead, she convinces him to leave, but the situation turns increasingly sinister as she realizes all is not well within the house.
Ken Malansky, a law student of Perry Mason's, is accused of murdering a fellow student. Perry is reluctant to take on his case as the victim was the son of a close friend.
On the set of a popular daytime soap opera 'Mile High', actress Kris Buckner is being forced off by co-star Mark Stratton.
