To hide him from the public, the president appoints him as the commissioner of Croatian government on the furthest settled island Trečić, where he is tasked with the organization of local elections. The previous seven commissioners haven't succeeded.
On a remote Adriatic island a group of children discovers a mysterious boy hidden in a nearby lighthouse. Convinced he’s an alien, imaginative Fran from Zagreb rallies the gang on a mission to return him “home.” But when local boy Bumbar learns that the little one is actually an African refugee, the adventure turns into a struggle for justice and friendship.
