Bruce Lee has just died, but the BSI is swinging into action to salvage the situation. Aided by the brilliant Professor Lucas, cells from the martial arts master's body are removed and grown into three adult Bruce Lee clones. After undergoing training to bring their skills up to the level of their 'father', the three are sent out to battle crime, with one sent to take on a gold smuggler, and the other two teaming up to shut down an evil mad scientist.

Dae-in dies on the scene and Wu-song leaves the killer's name on the cave wall before he dies. Dae-in's son Wang Gak thinks Wu-Song killed his father and fights with his son Jung-pa. Trader Kwan and her daughter Mi-ryung stop the fight. Jung-pa and Mi-ryung's love is disturbed by Ju-yang. Gak and Jung-pa chase him to find Wu-song's body with Ju-yang's name on the wall but Mi-ryung appeals them not to kill...
Kang Wook, a Korean Taekwondo expert, suddenly appears in Hong Kong's red light district. He came to Hong Kong after his lover had an affair with Japanese gangster leader Hashimodo (Kang Young-cheol) and ran away to Hong Kong. Kang Wook, who has taken control of Hong Kong's underworld with his outstanding martial arts skills, hires a young Korean named Dae Geol (Im Ja-ho). Afterwards, Kang Wook learns that his lover became blind and a prostitute after being cruelly violated by Hashimodo, and begins to take revenge in anger.
