Les Biches 2014

Recording from the Bayerisches Staatsballett from 2014. Its action takes place in a villa on the ocean shore. The main characters are ladies, extravagant, devoid of prejudices, actively conquering men. But the frivolous nature of the dance of the French ladies emphasized the character of the choreography of Bronislava Nijinska - it is chic and elegant; such a manner completely led away to high spiritual spheres from earthiness and vulgarity. "Lani" is a ballet sketch, a certain stylistic dialogue with the past and the present.
