Germany, 1936. Lotte Reiniger, prodigal creator of marvellous universes in paper cut, finally chooses to confront herself to the reality of the outside world.
It's a story about a young boy who is afraid of the sea. He finds shelter, in the house of an old woman who paints the sea.
