A history professor tracing his family tree visits the seaside town of Innsmouth, on the North Yorkshire coast. While there he becomes caught up in disturbing events that lead to horrifying personal revelations.
On the day his first child is born, Dan decides to have a swift pint with his best friend before he goes to the hospital. Halfway down the pint, all hell breaks loose. Wetting the baby's head will never be the same again.
