In the 2019/2020 Black Summer, Australia suffered some of the worst bushfires in its history, observed from afar by the Himawari-8 meteorological satellite. Terabytes of satellite data were processed into an unprecedented stream of images for this experimental documentary.
At night, R32 is like a kaleidoscope. The colourful lights are as manifold as the occupants are diverse, living close together and yet worlds apart.
