Chadder heads out to a fiesta with his friend, Miranda. As they cross the desert, Chadder and Miranda make new friends, escape goofy Sheriff Arnie Fluke, and outwit the sheriff's conniving campaign manager, Velma Lou. It's a wild celebration and a wacky adventure as Chadder discovers that Jesus truly is our forever friend.
