Jorge’s sons are killed in a car accident, caused by a group of partying girls. Devastated, he contemplates suicide but after a chance meeting with two of the girls, he decides to avenge his dead children instead.
A cop is assigned to investigate this so-called chupacabra that’s been seen all over town.
