The story of a mute boy Daniel, who lost his sister under mysterious circumstances. During his searching, he meets a whore who points to the real culprit, as a result of which Daniel understands that he might be the accomplice of crime.
A young molfar wanders through the Carpathian Mountains in search of a connection with nature itself. Journeying through fire and water, he finds himself on a highland meadow where, beside a great bonfire, he sees four mavkas and dissolves into the fabric of time and space. At the same time, elder molfars recount their wondrous tales of the supernatural - stories filled with the essence of life in one of the most mystical regions of Ukraine: Hutsulshchyna.
2020. The coronavirus epidemic is in full swing. The authorities in most countries around the world decide to isolate their citizens and close most public places. The main character of the film is a young actor named Danil, whose theater has been closed for quarantine. Like most creative people, he is forced to sit at home without money, work, or fulfillment, but with the hope that it will all end soon.
