Devon Werkheiser (born March 8, 1991) is an American actor and singer. He is best known for his role as Ned Bigby on the Nickelodeon series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.
The whacky adventures of Ned Bigby and his best pals Moze and Cookie at James K.
