This art-horror film about an age-difference relationship explores the process of image-corruption through the language of horror, CGI artifice, and telesynthesis.
A wandering tramp falls in with a crowd of religious zealots, led by a bumbling preacher who sermonizes, "Hellfire is a real place!" In the back pew, the tramp imagines grandiose visionsof snickering devils and orgiastic torture. The unnamed hero is then baptized in the ocean and does janitorial work for the church, but idiotically causes a fire. There are devils hiding in the carpet! The preacher catches him in the act, resulting in a scuffle which leads to the demise of both.
