In the story, this northeastern woman is personified by Xanxa, chubby and friendly, who without having much hope that her life will improve, will try her luck in the big city. It is in the urban environment that she meets Bob, aspiring actor, only child, rich boy, handsome, spoiled and loved by his father Cachorrão. These two characters Xanxa and Bob, with completely different lives and expectations, live a great love.
The movie tells, in a fun and reflective way, the rivalry between two angels in the heavenly office. Angeriel, a benevolent angel who always seeks to help people, is opposed to his partner Sataninha, a grumpy, unscrupulous being full of tricks to win any competition.
