Bixiga: Caminhos Para Saracura 2023

During work on the orange subway line in the Bixiga neighborhood, in the city of São Paulo, archaeological sites were found with great potential to reveal more evidence about the black presence in this region. Mainly, due to the fact that this occupation is repeatedly erased to the detriment of the memories that emphasize the Italian community that also started to live in the neighborhood from the last years of the 19th century. The documentary seeks to understand what is at stake with the subway works and what challenges the neighborhood will face in the coming years.

Sun-Kissed Memories 2024

Sam, a lonely warehouse worker, escapes his monotonous routine through music and fleeting sunrises. A chance encounter with Stella, a spirited waitress, challenges him to rediscover his passion and take charge of his life.

The Clove and The Rose 2017

Documentary on Rosamaria Murtinho and Mauro Mendonça’s 60-year long career in Brazilian theater, film and television. The film not only runs through the career of these artists, but also paints a portrait of a generation that rose alongside them and that works with art till this day.
