In a post-industrial port town that has long since seen the back of economic prosperity, car-jacker Rob does his best to care for his dying father. When a job goes terribly wrong, it threatens to destroy their already fragile relationship.
Pop follows a young boy, Jack, as he explores his own identity by befriending the recently released ex-convict, Pop. The pair bond, but Pop's past and his inability to control his emotions threaten to put Jack in danger.
