Pazhanchan Pranayam is the love story of Mohan, a teacher who leaves his career to care for his father with dementia, and Maya, a caregiver who takes on the responsibility of his family.
Strangers Adam and Mariyam get kidnapped during their respective suicide attempts and locked together in a haunted bungalow in the forest. When the Kidnapper poisons them and provides the antidote along with a chance to solve the mystery, the two work towards it.
