Haunted by the sins in his past, a journalist decides to become a humanitarian volunteer in the Palestinian border refugee camp. In that area, he meets Hayya, an innocent orphaned girl who is a victim of the conflict in Palestine.
After high school, a young woman marries the man of her father's choice but soon faces the possibility that her religion considers the union invalid.
