A gang of women traffickers, who force the women they run to drug their clients to steal their belongings, commit a crime by abusing the ophthalmic drops with which they drug their clients.
The women continue to cause problems for Pancho, who returns to jail for a crime he did not commit. His friends arrive to help him.
