A Noise Severe is the second DVD release by the Dutch group The Gathering. The DVD was created to showcase The Gathering's heavier side after the semi-acoustic DVD A Sound Relief. An accompanying 2-disc CD was also released. The concert was recorded on 24 March 2007 at Teatro Caupolicán, Santiago, Chile.

He slowly finds his way back to his present day self and learns to come to terms with his handicap. This is a freely interpreted short music film built around 3 music videos ('Freneny', 'Amélie' and 'Zo Zijn') based on the true events and memories of Dutch musician sor (Rosario Mussendijk) who became deaf instantly one day due to a rare condition.
