The children are ancient tribal creatures who mysteriously became extinct in just a few years. All that remains of them are images: photographs and film clips from all over the world that immortalize them as they conduct incomprehensible rites. A scholar inherits the diary of a colleague who went to the Amazon, convinced that, in the forest, he would find the last tribe of children still remaining on earth.

At the turn of the 20th century, in a suggestive correspondence spanning nearly two decades, Rosa confides in her friend Giorgina, telling her a secret: the machine-extended mechanical man envisioned by Marinetti is not a near-future concept for mankind, as Futurists purport. It is, instead, a very real present for womankind, and Giorgina can easily order a specimen in the mail. The entire short film was made by re-editing scenes from a number of silent films.
