After stealing the Tesseract during the events of “Avengers: Endgame,” an alternate version of Loki is brought to the mysterious Time Variance Authority, a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space and monitors the timeline. They give Loki a choice: face being erased from existence due to being a “time variant” or help fix the timeline and stop a greater threat.
Arkin escapes with his life from the vicious grips of "The Collector" during an entrapment party where he adds beautiful Elena to his "Collection." Instead of recovering from the trauma, Arkin is suddenly abducted from the hospital by mercenaries hired by Elena's wealthy father. Soon Ed realizes that not he's seeking the murderer, but the other way around: it's his former friend Daggat, who's come for revenge for an incident in Vietnam, where Ed would have let him die. His half-Vietnamese teenage son Rick fears that Ed has no chance against Daggat and hurries after him to help or at least take counter-revenge.
