Lives of four youngsters living in East-Helsinki suburbs. Ali, Nedim, Shahin and Flamur are old friends, whose paths have gone different ways. Ali decides to do a radical change in his life, that will affect everyone.
The plot centers on a struggling taxi driver who crosses paths with a wealthy woman and learns that her husband is seriously ill and in need of a kidney transplant. Moved by their situation, he offers to donate his kidney. As time passes, he grows close to the family, but events take a dark turn when the husband dies under mysterious circumstances.
