Le Portugal, terre d'immigration

Portugal has long been a country of emigration. In recent years, however, it has also become a land of immigration. In the center of the country, a small municipality has implemented a policy of welcoming and integrating migrants and refugees. It sees this as a remedy for the rural exodus and aging population.
