November 11, 1997. To celebrate the release of their new album, Metallica play a free concert at CoreStates Arena parking lot in Philadelphia. The place has been chosen by fans who were asked to suggest the location through an 800 number and the band's website. The gig is dubbed the "Million Decibel March."
